The Three Phases
CLARITY – We focus on Self Awareness, developing empowering beliefs, helping you realise your Strengths and Build your Vision as a Leader. Your awareness of where you are vis a vis where you want to be is what makes the difference in your leadership development journey.
ACCELERATE – We focus on identifying the specifics Areas of Development, set new goals and explore new possibilities by identifying alternate solution.
CHANGE – With the positive beliefs set in and your focus on your goals, we begin with Charting your SMART plan of action and also develop a system for sustained behaviours, actions and outcomes.
AYC is probably for you if:
- You have 5 to 10 years of work experience.
- You are committed to discovering and accelrating your career
- You are willing to put in the work needed and dig deeper into yourself.
AYC is not for you if:
- You have less than 5-years of work experience.
- You lack the will and the mindset to bring about change in your life and commit to this program.

1. I am a working professional. Will I be able to manage work and program simultaneously?
The time investment needed from your end is 1-hour every week for the 1:1 coaching call AND additionally 2-hours per week to work on the action steps on which we will be mutually agreed upon during the weekly coaching calls.
2. Will I need any specific skills before joining the program?
The skills that are pretty essential to have while joining any of my coaching programs are:
- To be coachable – i.e., being open to asking for and receiving feedback, looking inward at how you can move forward, and being interested in growth.
- Have a massive action for bias
- The willingness to overcome any limiting beliefs that could be holding you back from taking action
3. How does this program work?
Each week we meet for 1 hour, where we partner for the time together. We identify your challenges and developmental goals to further find solutions and develop action steps.
